Poly-L-Lysine slide

Premium substrates for microarray? are utilized on a regular microscope slide (1 x 3", selective glass). Slides are securely wrapped in a no-contact mBox? and vacuum-sealed in a foil barrier bag for shipping. Each package contains 20 slides.

Using premium choice, low fluorescence glass with a consistent homogeneous coating of poly-L-lysine, these slides produce a thick covering of amine groups for the initial ionic attachment of negatively charged phosphate groups in the DNA backbone.

The DNA can then be permanently attached to the slide using either baking or UV irradiation. Our ageing and packaging procedures ensure that the product has a shelf life of more than six months. Prior to transport, each batch undergoes background uniformity testing. The slides are ready for spotting and do not require any pre-washing.
