Amphibian ringer solution

Amphibian Ringer solution, also known as Ringer's solution for amphibians, is a physiological saline solution commonly used in biological research and veterinary medicine. Ingredients: 

NaCl; KCl; CaCl₂·6H₂O and Distilled water.

The Ringer's solution for amphibians is designed to mimic the ionic composition of the amphibian's natural extracellular fluid. The solution is usually isotonic, meaning it has a similar osmotic pressure to the amphibian's bodily fluids.

Applications:
