Wheaton glass bottles

Wheaton borosilicate glass bottles. These graduated bottles have a large opening, no-drip pour lip and sloping shoulders to facilitate pouring and cleaning. Widely used for mixing and storage of culture media, fixation and dehydrating materials. Bottles show approximate volume graduations, and have large frosted writing area.Clear Glass:Clear bottles are Wheaton '400' borosilicate glass. Low alkali content helps to prevent changes in pH and maintain purity of contents. Comes with PTFE-lined cap. Autoclavable.Amber Glass:Amber bottles are manufactured from borosilicate glass to protect light-sensitive samples. 125ml-sized amber bottles are specifically made with Wheaton '500' borosilicate glass (EMS64210-A).
