In relation to standard pH papers, pH-Fix strip indicator dyes are considerably bound to cellulose fibres, so colour-bleeding is avoided even in extremely basic solutions.

• Even in unbuffered or very weak buffered solutions pH measurement is possible as the sticks can be left in the solution until the final changes in colour are done.
• No indicative dyes contaminate test samples.
• Colours in each field will not blend into each other, so the colour scale is more accurate.
• Recently advanced indicator dyes guarantee a clear and easy comparison to the colour scale and a sharp difference of the pH values.
• The four different 6 x 5 mm pH papers are glued on a plastic strip of 6 x 85mm. The strips are long enough to avoid the finger contact.
