SEM small specimen mounts, pin mount (EMS)
The SEM specimen mounts with grooved edge are made from ultra-pure aluminium with 3.1mm diameter pin stubs.
Available:
- 9.6mm dia. head x 8mm pin, compatible with Cambridge, Leo, Phillips 500, Cameca etc.
- 12.7mm dia. head x 8mm pin, compatible with Zeiss
- 18mm x 8mm pin compatible with Cambridge, Leica, ZEISS/LEO,FEI/Philips, PHENOM, CamScan, Tescan
