The SEM mini specimen mounts are made from ultra-pure aluminium and are compatible with FEI, Tescan, Zeiss, Philips,Leo, Cambridge, AMARY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC and the short pin is compatible with Zeiss/LEO.

- 6.6mm dia. x 1.3mm diameter, 9.5mm long pin stub
- 6.6mm dia. x 1.3mm diameter, 6.25mm long pin stub
