Permanox Petri dishes
Permanox is a type of polystyrene plastic is a robust, biologically inert plastic that can withstand nonchlorinated hydrocarbons, acetone, and a variety of other EM chemicals. Permanox is not known to be autofluorescent, and it has a low oxygen solubility, making it ideal for anoxic research. EMbed-812 and other embedding resins can be used to embed cells in these dishes with great success.
The dishes have outstanding optical quality, allowing for clear and consistent sight when microscopic study is necessary.
