Lead acetate (DG)
Lead acetate is a white crystalline compound that has a slightly sweet taste.Its chemical formula is commonly written as Pb(CH₃COO)₂ or Pb(OAc)₂, where Ac stands for the acetyl group. Like many other lead compounds, lead acetate can cause lead poisoning. It is soluble in both water and glycerin.
