Rapid-Freezing on a polished metal surface, at the temp. of liquid helium or liquid nitrogen, followed by freeze-substitution in osmium-acetone, has been shown to be a very useful technique for capturing rapid cellular events and for preserving cell ultrastructure. Sodium cacodylate buffer pH 7.4.This is NOT kept in stock as it has short expiry date.  It will be ordered in on indent.Also available in many other percentages and sizes.Store refrigerated 4-8°C2% -
