Ferritin cationised
This polycationic derivative of ferritin is useful in labelling negative charges on cell surfaces and to study membrane structure. Cationised ferritin is prepared by coupling ferritin from horse spleen with N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (DMPA). Sterile filtered solution in 0.15M NaCl.
Ferritin Concentration: 10mg per ml, coupled with DMPA.
