EMS Immunofluorescence slide, 2 chamber

A two-well incubation chamber for use in immunocytochemistry (by Miguel Berrios, SUNY Stony Brook). This chamber accommodates standard microscope slides and coverslips, assembled without any bonding materials. Antibody incubation and washing are done in the chamber wells. It is then taken apart before microscopic examination. It is a proven solution to contamination spills, non-specific fluorescent signals, and sample dehydration in indirect immunofluorescence assays.

Advantages:

  • Very reliable and will accept a variety of samples and antibody washing conditions
  • Drastically reduces non-specific backgrounds
  • Elimination of contamination

Overall measurement (L x W x T): 113 x 51 x 12mm

Cavity: 19mm (dia.) x 6.35mm (D)
