Aurion donkey anti-sheep IgG (H&L), EM grade
Aurion donkey anti-sheep IgG (H&L), EM grade, is a secondary antibody conjugated to gold nanoparticles, specifically designed for electron microscopy (EM) applications.
Secondary ImmunoGold conjugates are based on antibodies raised in Donkey. It is used for double labelling experiment in combination with, for instance a mouse primary antibody, since applicable secondary antibodies are either raised in rabbit or goat.
