Aurion donkey anti-rabbit IgG (H&L), EM grade is a secondary antibody used in electron microscopy (EM) for detecting and visualising rabbit antibodies.
Secondary ImmunoGold conjugates are based on antibodies raised in Donkey. It is used for double labelling experiment in combination with, for instance a mouse primary antibody, since applicable secondary antibodies are either raised in rabbit or goat.
