Aurion donkey anti-mouse IgG (H&L), EM grade is a secondary antibody conjugated to gold nanoparticles, specifically designed for immuno-electron microscopy (EM) applications.
Secondary ImmunoGold conjugates are based on antibodies raised in Donkey. It is used for double labelling experiment in combination with, for instance a mouse primary antibody, since applicable secondary antibodies are either raised in rabbit or goat.
