Edwards Ultragrade 19 vacuum pump oil

Edwards Ultragrade 19 Oil is specially recommended for use in clean pumping applications. A premium mineral vacuum pump oil, formulated for small and medium two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps.

Manufactured using an advanced hydrotreating process rather than conventional solvent refining, Ultragrade 19 is essentially free from nitrogen, sulphur, oxygen and aromatic hydrocarbons, producing a highly refined base oil with excellent purity and stability. Performance additives improve vacuum performance, provide excellent thermal and oxidation resistance, inhibit rust and corrosion, and minimise oil degradation at elevated operating temperatures. The result is extended oil life, longer service intervals, reduced maintenance costs and reliable lubrication for consistent pump performance.
