SupaMega mother ship cassettes

The improved SupaMega Mother Ship V2 enables the use of a variety of different tissue processing cassettes to precisely print a 2D barcode and test info, removing the possible risks associated with writing on cassettes.

The SupaMega Mother Ship Cassette consists of a base and lid and a slotted donor cassette.

The improved SupaMega Mother Ship V2 enables the use of such a variety of standard tissue processing cassettes to clearly print 2D barcode and data, removing the risk that is associated with handwriting on cassettes.

• Excellent turn-around times (TAT), greatly reducing production time
• Superior performance of the test sample, decreasing distortion; no curling or pringling effects

• Time saving by ensuring rapid casting of block, 30 minutes at -8°C (using a SupaMega Mother Ship base mould), compared to 50 minutes with conventional SupaMega cassettes
• Improved processing with a large open area hex pore design to maximise fluid exchange
• Reduced carry-over during tissue processing
• Enhanced sectioning quality through greater adhesion of the paraffin block to the cassette
• Elimination of the possibility of the embedded specimen being separated from the cassette when sectioning fibrous specimens.

**Due to improved compatibility with other cassettes, SupaMega Mother Ship V2 will no longer come with identifier cassettes.
