Custom tip designs:

EMS75960-01 - Tip radius is 0.5µm with 13° taper angle, with a nickel tube shank.

EMS75960-02 - Tip radius is 0.5µm with 8 to 10° taper angle, for use with AutoProbe 200. The reduced taper angle allows for extended needle life for those users who cut and reshape their needles in the FIB. Shank diameter is 0.508mm. Needle length is 34.036mm.

EMS75960-05 - Tip radius is < 0.5µm with 6° taper angle. Compatible with Short-Cut system for direct conversion to TEM grid. Shank diameter is 0.508mm. Needle length is 19.304mm.
