Dino-Lite Edge green and red fluorescence digital microscope
This Dino-Lite Edge digital microscope model was designed for applications in which GFP and MCherry are used in the same specimen, so that no switching of microscopes and/or lighting and filters is necessary. Use 465nm light to view green fluorescence or switch to 580nm excitation lights to view red fluorescence signals with AM4115T-GRFBY digital microscope.
It is optimised for research and viewing objects involving fluorescent objects using 2 different sets of LEDs, 4 Blue LEDs at an excitation of 480nm, and 4 Yellow LEDs at an excitation of 575nm, which are switchable through the software, and emission at 510nm/610nm.
Green fluorescent objects pop out under this handheld microscope and you can clearly see its green glow.
It will magnify up to 220x magnification, depending on working distance.
