SEM large FIB sample and grid mount, pin mount
The SEM FIB sample and grid holder with 3.2mm diameter pin stub base can handle multiple FIB grids of the same thickness and also be used to safely store FIB grids with thin section (lamellae) attached. Made with vacuum grade aluminium with convenient brass thumbscrews make loading and unloading easy.
