SEM 45/90 deg. specimen mounts, pin mount (EMS)
The SEM 45/90° specimen mounts with grooved edge are made from ultra-pure aluminium and are compatible with FEI, Tescan, Zeiss, Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC. The shorter pin length is compatible with Zeiss/LEO.
