SEM thin section mounts, M4 cylinder

The SEM geological thin section holders with an M4 threaded base are made from aluminium with copper clips and brass screws. They can hold 1, 2 or 4 geological thin sections or slides measuring 47 x 27mm. The holders have convenient tweezer inserts which allow for easy loading.

Sizes:

  • 1 slide with 2 clips, overall size is 55 x 30 x 8mm
  • 2 slides with 4 clips, overall size is 55 x 58 x 8mm
  • 4 slides with 8 clips, overall size is 107 x 58x 8mm
