SEM E-Beam lithography specimen mount, M4 cylinder
The SEM E-Beam lithography specimen mount, with M4 threaded base comes complete with a Faraday Cup (2.5mm x 100nm hole) and a gold/carbon resolution sample 3mm in diameter. The gold particle size range is 5–150nm. The mount is made from aluminium and clips are made from copper.
