Makler semen counting chamber

For rapid semen analysis, 

During IVF and andrology operations, the Makler sperm counting chamber may be used to count sperm from an unadulterated sperm samples.  The Makler counting chamber is just 10 microns deep, one tenth the depth of other hemacytometers, making it the shallowest chamber ever discovered. 

FEATURES:

* The 10 micron depth reduces blurring and allows sperm circulate freely. The applied sample is seen in a single focus plane.

* Manufactured with cutting-edge precision engineering. Precision and accuracy are checked individually by a laser beam.

This optically flat glass chamber is made up of two pieces: the chamber and the cover glass, which has a fine grid pattern of 1mm squares and a middle region further subdivided into 0.1mm squares. The cover glass has four accurate quartz pins to provide an exact 10 microns deep trapping specimen.

IMPORTANT: REMEMBER TO HEAT THE MAKLER AT 37?C BEFORE USING IT (10 MINUTES IN THE INCUBATOR OR ON HEATING STAGE).
